Reservation Summary Once you have selected the
location, date, local start time and duration, you will then be
required to specify if this location will be initiating or receiving
the video call. If the videoconference is to be bridged you will be
asked about the screen layout for the multipoint (multi-site)
conference. Please supply the name and phone number of one attendee that will be present at this location. If you can provide the attendees e-mail address, they will also receive a copy of the booking confirmation. Tick the relevant boxes for any catering or additional equipment requirements that are available from this facility. Tea & coffee are normally provided within the room rental charges, any other catering requirements you specify will incur additional charges. If you are checking the availability for a non-automated site - please state this in the additional details box. Unless you have arranged a corporate (credit) account with us, you will be required to provide valid credit card details in order to complete the booking process.
Note: Your card will be pre-authorised prior to the start of your videoconference, final charges will not be applied until after the call has been completed. Processing fees apply. |
